Welcome

This blog was moved to http://recipes.auraskitchen.com At Aura's kitchen, we believe that cooking and eating should be fun!! The whole family can join in the process. Most importantly, at the end of the day, and the meal, everyone should feel satisfied, energized and healthy. All of Aura's recipes will hold up to the following standards:
  • No processed or refined ingredients
  • Only whole grains
  • Low sodium
  • Only small amounts of added sweeteners, (honey, maple syrup, date sugar, etc. usually less than 6 grams of added sugars per serving.)
  • No fried foods or overheated oils
  • No hydrogenated fats
  • Only pure, healthy oils used in moderation
  • Lots of fruits and vegetables incorporated into the recipe
  • Delicious food that even the most die hard, junk food eater will love!
  • Your guests will ask you for the recipe and will say,"I can't believe how delicious and healthy it was. I feel so good after eating at your house."
  • You won't have to restrain your kids and say "don't eat too much of that it is not good for you." or, "don't eat too much it will spoil your dinner." All of Aura's recipes, including desserts, can be a healthy meal in and of themselves.
  • You will be proud that you cooked it for your friends and family.
